Insight Toolkit (ITK) version 1.6 (~10 MB)
Visualization Toolkit (VTK) version 4.4 (~6 MB)
Both of these files are in .tgz (tarred gzip) format, which can be read by Winzip under Windows, Stuffit expander under MacOS, or natively on most Unix platforms.
myITKgui can be downloaded via anonymous CVS from:
cvs server: cvs.vialab.org
cvs path: /myitkgui
cvs username: anonymous
cvs password: itk
package name: myITKgui
Here is the pre-built version of FLTK I promised for those having VS .NET issues. Enjoy.
Some example code demonstrating how to read and write PNG images.
