Chimera is our in-house development environment that leverages severalopen-source toolkits to perform analysis of medial dimensionality on medicalimages. Specifically, we use: The procedure for connecting these three toolkits together is fairly welldocumented in ITK. Specifically, look at the ThinPlateSplines example.
